This 350 square foot motel room has two full beds and two vanities – one in the dressing area. This unit includes a two cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
The bathroom has a tub/shower. The sitting area includes cable TV.
Our holiday rates apply to December 17, 2011 through January 2, 2012 with a four night minimum stay.

Our cancellation policy for all holidays is 30 days prior to check-in date; your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if cancelled before the 30 days of your check-in date, if you cancel during the 30 days prior to your check-in date, you forfeit your deposit.
Our cancellation policy for non-holiday reservations is seven days prior to your check-in date; if you cancel before the 7 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if you cancel during the seven days prior to your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds for early departures.
NO pets. $250 fine if pet is found in motel room or condo unit.
