Our holiday rates apply to December 17, 2011 through January 2, 2012 with a four night minimum stay. Other holidays include:

Our winter season begins December 17 and goes through April 24. $10.00 discount per night with a two night stay
An additional $10.00 discount per night with a three or more night stay

All Pricing is Per Night’s Stay. $15.00 fee will apply for each additional person per night.
Our cancellation policy for all holidays is 30 days prior to check-in date; your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if cancelled before the 30 days of your check-in date, if you cancel during the 30 days prior to your check-in date, you forfeit your deposit.
Our cancellation policy for non-holiday reservations is seven days prior to your check-in date; if you cancel before the 7 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if you cancel during the seven days prior to your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds for early departures.
NO pets. $250 fine if pet is found in motel room or condo unit.
