June Lake Motel FAQ
 
Is a deposit required ?
A 2-night deposit is required for reservations. Holiday periods require the full amount, which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
 
When is check in and check out?
Check in: 4 p.m. / early check-in, after 3 p.m., if room is ready Check out: 10 a.m. After 11 a.m. will be another days charge
 
When are your rates effective?
Winter Rates: November through April. A 3-night minimum stay for cabins.
Summer Rates: May through October. A 4-night minimum stay for cabins.
Holiday Rates: Christmas, and New Year (minimum 4-night stay);
Martin Luther King Day, President's Weekend and Easter Week (minimum 3-night stay).
 
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 2 weeks notice for a deposit refund and a $20.00 service fee will be incurred. 30-day notice for holidays. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
 
How much is it if we bring additional people?
$15.00 for each extra person along with a 12% bed tax.
 
Do you require a security deposit and what does it cover?
Yes, the cabins and condos require a $75.00 security deposit at the time of check in. This will cover excess cleaning and damage. Valid credit card must be on file at check in for all units.
 
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, no. Please inform visiting guests of this policy. No PETS at any units.
 
Do we have wireless internet?
Yes, we offer wireless internet to our guest for $5.00 per day which we will included on your bill.
 
Do we have laundry facility for our guest
Yes, we have a washer and a dryer. The Washer is $1.25 per load and the dryer is $1.00. Detergent and fabric softener can be purchase at the office.
