FAQ

Is a deposit required?
A two night deposit is required for reservations made by phone. Online reservations require payment in full. Holiday reservations for December 20, 2010 through January 9, 2011 require payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4 p.m. / early check-in, after 3 p.m., if room is ready. Check-out: 10 a.m. If you check out after 11 a.m. you will be charged for an additional night.

When are your rates effective?

Summer Rates: Our summer season begins May 1 and goes through November 15. We offer a $10.00 discount per night with a two night minimum stay. In the months of May, June, September and October we offer the seventh night free. May 1 through November 1 there is a four night minimum stay in the condo.

Winter Rates: Our winter season begins December 12 and goes through April 19 with midweek rates on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and weekend rates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our weekend rates apply to a two night minimum stay.

Holiday Rates: Our holiday rates apply to December 20, 2010 through January 9, 2011 with a four night minimum stay. Other holidays include Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, Presidents Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Fishing Opener weekend, and Labor Day weekend with a three night minimum stay.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy for all holidays is a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in date; your deposit will be forfeited if cancellations are made after the 30 day period. Our cancellation policy for non-holiday reservations is seven days prior to check-in date; your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if cancelled seven days prior to your check-in date; you deposit will be forfeited if cancellations are made after the seven day period. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

How much is it if we bring additional people?
Our room rates are based on double occupancy with a $15.00 fee for each additional person per night, plus a 12% bed tax.

Do you require a security deposit and what does it cover?
Yes, the condo requires a $75.00 security deposit at the time of check-in. If necessary, this will cover excess cleaning and damage. You must have a valid credit card on file at the time of check-in for all units.

Do you allow pets?
Sorry, but we do NOT allow pets. Please inform visiting guests of this policy. NO pets are allowed in any of the units.

Do you have wireless internet?

Yes, we offer wireless internet to our guests.

Do you have laundry facilities for guests?
Yes, we have a washer and a dryer. The washer is $1.25 per load and the dryer is $1.00. Detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase at the front office.
