Edgewater unit # 19 is a 1,400 square foot condo.
The first level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, tub/shower, vanity with dressing area and washer and dryer.
The second level has a living room with fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower stall.The third level or loft has two twin beds.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. The deck, which is off the dining area, has a BBQ.

Our summer season begins May 1 and goes through November 15.
We offer the seventh night free.

All Pricing is Per Night’s Stay. $15.00 fee will apply for each additional person per night.
Our cancellation policy for all holidays is 30 days prior to check-in date; your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if cancelled before the 30 days of your check-in date, if you cancel during the 30 days prior to your check-in date, you forfeit your deposit.
Our cancellation policy for non-holiday reservations is seven days prior to your check-in date; if you cancel before the 7 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, minus $20.00 for bookkeeping, if you cancel during the seven days prior to your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds for early departures.
NO pets. $250 fine if pet is found in motel room or condo unit.
